You take 40% every time someone you introduced pays their membership, and it stays 40% whatever plan you are on. When they introduce someone, you earn a smaller share of that too, and once more on the level below. Then it stops.

Every member gets a link like assignwork.co.uk/r/AW7K4Q2M, plus a QR code and share text you can edit before you send it. From rank 4 you can claim a custom code with your own name in it.

They sign up and pay
We record who introduced them the first time they land on the site, and that sticks for 90 days. First touch wins, so you do not lose someone because they clicked a different link later.

Commission clears after three days
It sits as pending for three days, which covers the 24 hour refund window and a fraud check, then becomes available in your wallet. You can watch the countdown on every pending row rather than wondering.

You get paid again next month
Commission is not a one off. For as long as that member keeps paying, you keep earning on them, and on the two levels below them.
What each plan pays
Level 1 is a flat 40% on every plan. Plans differ on the two deeper levels, and the level you earn through direct referrals multiplies those, up to 1.6x at Level 6.

Rates apply to net revenue, which is what reaches us after payment processing. Paying a share of the sticker price would mean paying out on money we never received. Your rank multiplies levels 2 and 3 only, so the 40% stays a promise rather than a starting point.

On top of your referral commission and your task payments. It lands in your wallet on the first of the month, automatically.

The reward is paid for as long as you hold the level, and it stops if you drop below it. Levels are recomputed nightly on direct referrals who hold a paid account, so a refund or a lapse can move you down. You also need at least one approved task in the last 90 days, because income here cannot come from bringing people in alone. Full detail in the referral terms.

Commission is paid once per member, on the payment that opens their account. Building the same network again next year would pay this again. The same people paying again would not.
The parts most programmes bury
Referral questions
The attribution lasts 90 days from the first time someone lands on the site through your link. If they sign up any time in that window, they are yours. After 90 days the cookie expires and they count as unreferred.
